Lady Luck Tattoo was created by Kristi Kilbourne in 1997 to fill a void in the Spokane tattoo scene. She was tired of the public stereotype tattoo studios had of being dark, seedy places where unspeakable things happened. She envisioned a studio that was bright, friendly and clean. A place where you wouldn't be afraid to take your children. Lady Luck Tattoo is just such a place.
